Shipping
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Every parcel is carefully packed so that your Haskap.lt products arrive safely and at peak quality.

Order tracking
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we email you a tracking number. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, drop us a message and we’ll look into it.
Returns and exchanges
Haskap.lt products are food products, so for quality and safety reasons we don’t accept returns — except where the parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
What to do if your order is damaged or incorrect
Email us with:
- your order number;
- photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s);
- a brief description of the issue.
We’ll review the case and propose a resolution.
Important
- Returns of opened or used food products are not accepted.
- Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on taste preferences alone.
- Seasonal fresh berries are perishable; return or exchange is only possible if the parcel arrived damaged.

We currently ship only within the European Union.
