Orders and prices
All prices in the online shop are shown with VAT included. An order is considered confirmed once we receive your payment and email you an order confirmation.
Payments
You can pay via the online banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. Payments are processed in euros (EUR) through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
Products
- We describe our products as accurately as possible, but natural berries may vary slightly in colour and flavour between batches.
- Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. All information on the website is for informational purposes only.

Shipping and returns

Limitation of liability
The seller is not liable for indirect losses arising from product use where the packaging instructions were not followed. In any case, liability does not exceed the amount paid for the product. This clause does not limit consumer rights granted by Lithuanian law or EU legislation.

All content on this site — text, photography, the Haskap brand — belongs to the seller or its partners and may not be used without written permission.
Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If that is not possible, Lithuanian law and jurisdiction apply. Consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
